» Heather Kenyan is the new president and CEO of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum. She replaces Amy Norman, who took a job with Dynamic Communities, an administrative management group.

» With Tampa set to host the 2012 Republican National Convention later this year, the city has hired Rick J. Hamilton as convention center and tourism director. Hamilton replaces Santiago Corrada, who left to become Mayor Bob Buckhorn's chief of staff.

» John Saltamartine has been hired as COO of VR Laboratories, a Bonita Springs-based company that formulates and produces nutritional supplements.
